Terms of Service

By commissioning with me you agree to my terms of service.

1. The art I sell is only digital.
2. Commissions are only for PERSONAL use. You can use them as icons, banners, profile pictures, post them on your social media crediting me properly. You can print it in whatever you want, but only for you personal use and not for SALE. If you have questions about an use you can ask me on any of my social media. Please read below about what counts as commercial use.
3.You can't resell my art much less credit my art as yours.
4. I may use the art you've commissioned me on printed banners, websites, portfolio, etc. All will be non profit uses. I will don't use them without your permission if you commission and pay the commercial rights.
5. I won't upload full art (size or resolution) on my portfolio sites. Full-size art will belong to you. I'll send it to you via e-mail.
6. My signature will be on all commissions. Size may vary on commissions with commercial right payed.
7. If I don't feel comfortable or you have been proved troublesome in any way, I reserve the rights of cancelling a commission. In this case I can make a refund, but I can't assume the discounted rates of the pay you did.
8. I hope to receive the same polite I offer to you as an artist from you as commissioner.
9. I don't accept refunds.

1. Read the terms of service. Remember you accept all terms by commissioning with me.
2. If after reading terms you have questions, don't hesitate to write to me by email, Instagram or Discord.
3. Complete the commission form.
4. I'll contact you by email and I'll send you the invoice via PayPal for payment.I can decline a commission if I don't feel comfortable with the commission details. 4. After paymment, I will start with your commission. You will know the approximate date you are going to receive commission. You also can see your commission process in the commission queue.

1. All prices are in USD.
2. Depending on details of the commission listed prices may vary. For example, if you want to add a pet or any important detail it could have an additional cost.

1. Payment is full and up front.
2. Payment method is PayPal only worldwide.
3. PayPal fee is included in the price.
4. If you are in Colombia, prices could be cheaper because I will not charge to you PayPal fees. You can pay by bank transfer or cash.
Your personal info is confidential. Mine too. Commissioner and Artist may not share personal information with third parties.

1. Single commission can take from 1-2 weeks or more. It depends of the queue of commissions and how bussy I am. Before Payment you can ask me about times. If it is too long for you, I can add you to the waiting list. You must fill and send the commission form for join into the list.
In waiting list, pay confirmations must be done within 48 hours after I contact to you.
2. Please, be patient. I will try to finish your Commission as fast as I can. I'm very responsible.
3. If I have a problem and I need more time an expected, I'll tell you. Refunds can be an option depending of the case If you can't wait more.
4. You can see your commission status on the Queue list.
5. I'm not under obligation of sending WIP unless I feel the need to do so. If you really want to see a WIP (work in process) please, consider that it takes extra-time. Don't ask for WIPs everyday or something like that (´；д；`)

1. I'll send to you a rough sketch with pose, some details, clothes, colors and the general idea. Only on this point you can make changes. You won't be able to change the full pose or the full sketch. You will be able to change colors, details of pose, add details I missed or delete those what you don't like.
I'll do my best and put my heart with every commission, but don't feel shy to tell my if something really doesn't likes you.
2. I will only make changes to the final piece if it was an error on my part, for example a detail I missed and you had provided in the order or in the rough sketch point.
If you want to make changes on the final art like details, add or delete something, it will have additional fees.
3. Please be as clear as possible when submitting the commission form.
4. If you commission me, It is because you like my style and work. Please don't ask me to change my style. You will know what you will receive looking to the references on the commission sheet. As an artist and designer, I can make modifications of colors and little details. Of course, I will always respect your commission details.

1. Fanarts and Original Charcters.
2. Re-desings / Character design.
3. Ecchi / Lewd / Ahegao.
4 Art similar to the references on the commission sheet.If you have an idea or you are unsure about it and you want to ask If I can do it, write to me via email ([email protected]), Instagram or Twitter.

I won't draw

1. Furry characters (Furry isn't my fort, but Kemonomimi is fine ^w^ ).
2. Mecha / Armors (I can consider it if I like the idea or character you have. Don't hesitate to ask, maybe I can do it).
3. Realism.
4. Cartoon.
5. Pornographic / Hentai/Nudity
5. Gore / Violence.
6. Old characters (Grandma, grandpa)
